Summary
Zenless Zone Zero (abbreviated as "ZZZ") is a free-to-play action RPG developed by HoYoverse, released on Windows, iOS, Android, and Playstation 5 on July 4th 2024.
The game takes place in a futuristic post-apocolyptic world, in a city called New Eridu. Most of the world has been wiped out due to disasters called Hollows. The player takes on the role of Belle and Wise, two siblings who have the secret identity as the legendary proxy called Phaethon. Together they recruit new allies known as Agents to help them fight the monsters in the Hollows, known as Ethereals. The player also uses robot assistants that resemble rabbits known as Bangboos.
Gameplay
The gameplay content is split up into 2 different styles: "Overworld" and "H.D.D. (Hollow Deep Dive System)" In the "Overworld" style the player can choose to play as either Belle or Wise, and completes various tasks and dialogues with NPCs. In "H.D.D." style, the player takes on various combat missions, choosing 3 Agents out of their obtained Agents as well as a Bangboo to complete these missions.
